Mother’s Day Brunch Kits

We’re excited to walk you through preparing your Mother’s Day brunch.
Find a timeline for your preparation, and a list of each dish’s ingredients, below.

Preparation

Upon Pick-Up: If you received a brunch kit, place everything in the refrigerator except the Parker House rolls and the pineapple chips. If you received a brunch board, the entire box can be placed in the refrigerator; the bread can stay out.
The brunch board can be removed from the refrigerator 30 minutes before enjoying.

The Day You’re Enjoying:

90 minutes before serving: Remove the beef tenderloin and the savory tart from the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

30 minutes before serving: Remove the lid and the chimichurri from the beef tenderloin container. Place the tenderloin and the savory tart in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes, rotating each item halfway through the cook time.

10 minutes before serving: Remove the tenderloin and the savory tart from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, remove the carrot salad from the refrigerator. Remove the lid from the vinaigrette and toss it with the salad before serving. Transfer everything to servingware if you like, and enjoy!

When you’re ready for dessert: Remove the torte from your refrigerator, place pineapple chips as you see fit, and enjoy!

Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin: bacon, beef, thyme

Chimichurri: onion, garlic, cilantro, parsley, jalapeño, mint, oregano, lemon juice, cider vinegar, olive oil, anchovy

Parker House Rolls: flour, butter, milk, yeast, egg

Hummingbird Torte: pineapple, banana, cream cheese, heavy cream, gelatin, flour, eggs, oil, orange, Meyer lemon, brown sugar, white chocolate, milk, vanilla bean
